Multimedia be utilized also in the world of education and business. In the world of education, multimedia is used as a medium of teaching, whether in class or independently. In the business world, multimedia is used as a media company profiles, product profiles, even as media information kiosk systems and training in e-learning.

Multimedia technology is combine computer hardware and software with electronics technology, developing along with using most multimedia technology in aspect activity. Multimedia CBT (Computer Base Training) application is hoped will help BAPEDALDA duty to presentation or visualization : sampling technique, procedure, laboratory tools visualization, laboratory analyst technique which follow role of government with understanding laboratory environment to accurate data result, than it’s can give precise information to community who need it. This activity is cooperation informatic division in Indonesian Institute of sciences with BAPEDALDA east java.

One of the most elective information media is a media visualization of multimedia computer base training (CBT) in the CDROM device being run on the computer, with the concept of multimedia CBT, information is displayed in effective and attractive, thus improving absorption of information by the better.
